Congressman Rudy Yakym
Congressman Rudy Yakym is a fourth generation Hoosier who is proud to represent the people of Indiana’s Second District. A Christian, family man, and conservative, Rudy is working tirelessly to bring common sense, Hoosier values to Washington, D.C.
Born and raised in South Bend, Rudy received a bachelor’s degree in business finance and administration from Indiana University South Bend. He later went on to earn an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to his election to Congress, Rudy served as Director of Growth Initiatives at Kem Krest, a company that specializes in removing friction from supply chains. Throughout his career in business, Rudy has held senior positions at various companies, helping them to develop effective growth strategies.
Rudy and his wife Sallyann currently live in Granger, where they are raising their three wonderful children; Elle, Rudy IV, and Eliza. They worship at New Life Baptist Church, where Rudy serves the congregation as Head Usher. Rudy is one of the co-sponsors of the Manufactured Housing Affordability & Energy Efficiency Act, which he will address during his speaking engagement.

Darren Krolewski
Darren Krolewski is Co-president and Chief Business Development Officer for MHVillage, the number one website for manufactured homes, communities, and retailers. More than 25 million consumers start their home search with MHVillage.com, which results in home sales and rental transactions exceeding $3 billion annually. Darren has been instrumental in the success of numerous real estate developments, communities, and retail operations across the United States.

Mike Niebauer
Mike Niebauer is the Business Development Manager of the Rent Manager property management platform at London Computer Systems (LCS). Rent Manager is an advanced software designed to be completely autonomous with a powerful property management database, integrated accounting features, contact management, work orders, utility services, and much more. The software offers unique, customizable solutions to help meet the operational needs of companies that manage any sized portfolio. For the last 10 years, Mike has focused his efforts on the property management and technology industry. He also advocates for the manufactured housing industry while representing the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute (Board of Directors) and the MHI National Communities Council (Board of Governors). As a former property manager, Mike is a consummate advocate for community owners and operators needs and can be found at industry events and tradeshows presenting on technology and automation.

Leo Poggione
Leo Poggione is the Managing Partner of Craftsman Homes in Reno, NV. Craftsman Homes is the largest retailer in Nevada with 5 locations statewide and provides a complete experience for its customers by offering General Contracting, Installation (set-up), and an in-house Service Department. Leo is currently Chairman of the Manufatured Housing Institute, the national trade association representing all segments of the factory-bult housing industry – he is the first retailer to be MHI Chairman in over 16 years.
Over the last 25 years, Leo has completed numerous residential real estate developments for manufactured and modular home subdivisions including 2 projects that won MHI Sub-division of the Year. Over the last 25 years Leo has been recognized by the industry numerous times including Retail Sales Center of the Year, Retailer of the Year, MHI Chairman’s Award and an appointment by the Secretary of HUD to the Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee. Leo has also been inducted to the RV/MH Hall of Fame.

Nathan Smith
Nathan Smith possesses entrepreneurial vigor that makes him a visionary, with a track record of sound growth strategry and precise execution to back it up. He is co-founder of one of the largest publicly traded, regional manufactured housing real estate companies in the United States, offering affordab le, unsubsidized housing to low-income families. The company is publicly traded in the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: MHC.U). He has served as director and chairman for national regional boards, including a Division I University board of regents and an international airport.
