MARK YOST
Skyline Champion
Mark Yost has served as Chief Executive Officer of Skyline Champion since June 1, 2019. Mr. Yost joined Champion Home Builders, Inc. in June 2013 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. From November 2016 until his appointment as CEO he served as President. Previously Mr. Yost served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Severstal North America. Mr. Yost received his B.S. in finance and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Michigan.

MARK BOWERSOX

Mark Bowersox is currently MHI’s President. Since joining MHI in 2015, Mark has overseen the development of new training programs for community managers, salespeople and installers which have been migrated to an online learning platform to create a user-friendly experience for members. He joined MHI after serving as the Executive Director of the Indiana Manufactured Housing Association — Recreation Vehicle Indiana Council, where he led all aspects of the organization including financial and personnel management, membership recruitment, board member and volunteer development, industry promotion and advocacy. Representing both industries as a legislative and regulatory lobbyist, he developed relationships with employees and elected officials in local, state and federal offices.

New home sales has been a passion for Scott Stroud since he first started in business back in 1980s. That passion led him to establish and develop an award-winning new home sales company in his hometown of Louisville, KY in the 1990s. More to the point, the science of creating and automating the processes that allowed him to outsell his peers and competitors has led him to become one of the foremost experts in new home marketing and sales processes today, and to his new role as Director of CRM Development for MhCRM, a new division supporting Manufacturedhomes.com and Modularhomes.com.

DARREN KROLEWSKI

Darren Krolewski is Co-President and Chief Business Development Officer of MHVillage, the number one website for manufactured homes, retailers and communities online. Leads generated by the more than 25 million consumers who start their home search with MHVillage.com result in home sales transactions exceeding $3 billion annually.
Darren began his manufactured housing career with a large, regional retailer that eventually grew to become part of the industry’s largest vertically-integrated manufacturing, financing and sales organizations.
Prior to joining MHVillage in 2014, Darren held senior marketing positions in the telecommunications, advertising and financial services industries – and was a partner in a marketing consulting firm serving the housing industry.
An award-winning marketing professional for more than 20 years, Darren has been instrumental in the success of numerous real estate developments, communities and retail sales operations across the United States.

ERIC OAKS
GreenState Credit Union
Eric started in the industry in 1994 at Safeway Corp. where he was the credit and collections manager. He moved to CIT and handled the floor-planning for seven states. He also worked at Greenpoint and managed five states. Eric was with Oxford Bank & Trust for 15 years prior to the merger with Greenstate Credit Union. Eric now handles all facets of manufactured housing financing in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. Eric is the current President of IMHA-RVIC and past President of the Capital City MH Chapter. He also served two terms as President and several terms on the Board and has served on numerous committees. He currently also serves on the Manufactured Housing board in Iowa.

A. LUKE FOSTER
Park Lane Financial Solutions
Luke Foster has been a career advocate for the Manufacturing Housing Industry and critically involved in associated Boards with wide ranging leadership in Finance, Insurance to Community Representation and Licensing.
He brings notable achievements within the manufactured housing industry from growing and managing multi-state businesses operations, personally achieving multi-million-dollar monthly revenues, and being recognized for leading sales and service teams to deliver growth, cost controls and always putting the customer first.
His 20+ year successful career comes from every aspect of the Manufactured Housing experience. His contributions to the Industry have been both at the Board level as well as being instrumental in developing the skills of practitioners through developing the Accreditation system and delivering training to meet those accreditations.

ROB PETERSON
Credit Human FCU
Starting in Finance and Insurance in 1995, Rob has been a part of the MH industry for over 25 years. Currently he is the Business Development Executive for Credit Human which includes 6 states from IL- FL. Rob currently serves on the Manufactured Housing Board of Directors for the states of TN and FL and has a passion for helping folks create a better life.
He is a graduate from Northern Kentucky University holding degrees in Business Marketing and Business Administration. His hobbies include Hiking, camping, family activities and lots of pickleball.

JASON MICKLEY
Clayton Wakarusa I & II
Jason Mickley is General Manager of two Clayton Home Building Group manufacturing facilities in Wakarusa, Indiana. Clayton Home Building Group is the nation’s largest home builder and the manufactured housing industry leader. Jason started his manufactured housing career in 1995 as an accountant for Schult Homes Corporation right out of college. He moved into Sales for Schult’s high-end modular division, Crest Homes, one year later. Jason spent 19 years in Sales & Sales Management and has worked extensively with single-family modular builders & developers, commercial & multi-family construction, & HUD retailers & community operators. Jason was promoted to General Manager of the Clayton Wakarusa I facility in 2015. Today, Clayton Wakarusa has grown to two manufacturing facilities and a successful Field Set & Goliath Foundation business.

STEVE PEEL
Skyline Champion Corporation
Steve started his career with Tops Home Center 30 years ago. He then moved into wholesale. He even started his own business using modular products. Returned to Fairmont homes in Nappanee and later moved on to Champion Homes where he is currently the Director of Sales for the Northeast.

JEFF TANNER
Fairmont Homes
Jeff is currently the US Retail Sales Manager with Fairmont Homes. He holds a degree in marketing and distribution technology. He started out working in structural steel fabrication for many years (building warehouses and distribution centers for Wal-Mart and other retailers) to then join the Modular/Manufactured Housing industry in 2000’s. That’s when he started working for Ritz Craft Homes. He also worked for Heckaman Homes and All American Homes before joining Fairmont Homes in 2016.
