Senator Todd Young represents Hoosiers in the United States Senate. He currently serves on the Senate Committees on Finance; Intelligence; Commerce, Science & Transportation; and Small Business and Entrepreneurship.

Todd is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He graduated with honors in 1995 and accepted a commission in the U.S. Marine Corps. In 2000, Todd was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps as a Captain. While serving in the Marines and working as a business consultant, Todd earned an MBA and his law degree.

In 2010, he ran for Congress and served three terms representing Indiana’s 9th District. He was elected to the US Senate in 2016.

Todd married his wife Jenny in 2005 and worked together at a small law firm in Paoli, Indiana started by Jenny’s great-grandfather. Today, they reside in Johnson County, Indiana with their four young children: a son, Tucker, and three daughters, Annalise, Abigail and Ava.

Mark Bowersox is currently MHI’s President. Since joining MHI in 2015, Mark has overseen the development of new training programs for community managers, salespeople, and installers which have been migrated to an online learning platform to create a user-friendly experience for members. He joined MHI after serving as the Executive Director of the Indiana Manufactured Housing Association — Recreation Vehicle Indiana Council, where he led all aspects of the organization including financial and personnel management, membership recruitment, board member and volunteer development, industry promotion, and advocacy. Representing both industries as a legislative and regulatory lobbyist, he developed relationships with employees and elected officials in local, state, and federal offices.

Shawn Carnahan is the Sales Manager of Adventure Homes. Before being named Sales Manager, Shawn held an Account Sales Manager position where he managed all community business for Adventure Homes, along with a select handful of street retail locations. Before sales, Shawn worked in production and quality control for several years.

Glenn Groves is currently the Business Development Executive for Credit Human Credit Union and covers the northern territory which encompasses Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and New York.  He is a 20-year veteran of the Manufactured Housing Industry, having worked for Hometown America, Palm Harbor Homes, and Solitaire Homes before joining Credit Human in 2021.  Glenn is an experienced Sales/Finance Leader who has won numerous awards throughout his career, including MHI Regional Lender of the year award that recognizes those in the manufactured and modular housing industry who excel in delivering exceptional products, outstanding customer service, innovative solutions, and state-of-the-art homes.

Tom Krehel, MFH Regional Sales Manager, GreenState Credit  Union. Prior to his current role, he held several positions in sales and management. Tom joined GreenState Credit Union in 2015.

Darren Krolewski is Co-president and Chief Business Development Officer for MHVillage, the number one website for manufactured homes, communities, and retailers. Darren has been instrumental in the success of numerous real estate developments, communities, and retail operations across the United States.

Nick Lamm is a top performing Sales Zone Manager for Champion Homes Indiana. Nick works with both Street Retailers and Communities, using our full book of business between the 3 production facilities. Nicks experience in production and working for a retailer give him the tools to help customers achieve their goals and grow their business. 

Known for his high-energy, no-fluff delivery, César is the founder and President of MH Sales Mastery and a driving force behind the evolution of manufactured home sales. He has spent 14 years gaining front-line experience in Texas retail sales at Manufactured Housing Consultants and Titan Factory Direct, serving as a sales consultant, sales manager, ops manager, and general manager. Since launching MH Sales Mastery 3 years ago, he’s been transforming sales organizations across the country. César is on a mission: to re-engineer how our industry sells and who it serves.

Eric started in the industry in 1994 at Safeway Corp. where he began his career as a credit and collections manager after leaving Chase Bank. He then joined the CIT Group and handled floor-planning for seven states.  Eric has been with Greenpoint, Precision Financial, Oxford – Greenstate CU as he advanced in his career in Manufactured Housing Financing. He recently joined Park Lane Finance Solutions as their Business Development Manager. Eric now handles all facets of manufactured housing financing in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, and Iowa. Eventually this will include Wisconsin and Illinois. Eric sincerely sees the value of the state boards and their benefits to the industry. Eric is a 2-x past President of IMHA / RVIC and currently serves on the board and the executive committee as their Manufactured Housing Chair. He has served as President of the Capital City MH Chapter and is currently serving on the board for the Iowa Manufactured Housing Association. He is also the current President of the Louisville Manufactured Housing Board. He is celebrating 30 years in the industry this year and credits his success to all of those who have encouraged and helped him along the way. His passion for the industry is also paramount to the success he has enjoyed.

Kyle Park has been with Clayton Homes Middlebury for the past four years, serving as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, he works closely with retailers, community operators, and builder/developers to provide education, support, and housing solutions that meet their needs across the Midwest. Prior to joining Clayton Homes, Kyle spent 15 years as a high school business teacher and 17 years coaching football at both the high school and collegiate levels. 

Dave Staun is a Senior Cybersecurity Solution Expert and a seasoned property management veteran with a unique, 360-degree view of the industry. With a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Cincinnati, Dave has spent over 18 years in the IT and cybersecurity sector, helping businesses implement robust technology solutions and defend against evolving cyber threats.

Jeff Tanner is the Sales Manager for Cavco Nappanee. He is a 25-year veteran of the Modular/Manufactured Housing industry, having worked for Ritz Craft Homes, Heckaman Homes, and All American Homes before joining Fairmont Homes in 2016. Jeff holds a degree in Marketing and Distribution Technology from Indiana University, and worked in structural steel fabrication for many years before making the switch to manufactured housing.
